I did a half day tour with Caro and had an absolute ball. This is the perfect way for anyone to get to know the wines of the region, whether you're a relative novice or a true wine connoisseur.
Absolutely loved the level of passion Caro has for organic wine and the pairing and tasting luncheon was superbly presented and tasted great - in no small part due to the great quality of wines to accompanying the local produce.
Highly recommended.

I'd booked the half day tour with wine and food pairing lunch (25th October) for my wife and I and six (loud) friends. We were staying at Chateau De Vigier and looking for a tour/activity nearby. My slight nervousness (as the organiser) that expectations were going to be met, disappeared instantly with the warm welcome we received. It was also clear through Caro's enthusiasm, that we were going to have lots of fun as well as learn a lot about organic (and Biodynamic) wine production. It was the highlight of our long weekend away and I especially liked the relaxed and friendly atmosphere at lunch - we were joined by two individuals who sat and chatted with us like old friends. We were all planning the return visit on our walk back to our accommodation and as the organiser, I was feeling rather pleased with myself.!!
I'm reuniting our friends with the wine they purchased this weekend and I'm looking forward to reliving the experience again, over a nice glass Château Feely..... Oh, Christmas presents for the in-laws sorted as well, I'm sure they'll love their Gift Voucher for a wine and food pairing lunch.

We spent a super 3d with Caro as our host and mentor for the WSET2 course, and found her enthusiasm and passion for her subject, her terroir and her wines quite infectious. As a host and as a teacher, we are most grateful. The location is simply stunning, and this in itself stimulates a learning environment for the exam on day 3. I am a believer of making your own luck in life, and Sean and Caro are very lucky indeed but deserve every minute of their life at the wonderful working vineyard.

This was our third visit to the vineyard. We were one of the first couples to visit when Caro and Sean took over. Each visit has been excellent and the recent addition of a pool has taken it to a new level. The harvest weekend was simply amazing and I will be a lot more knowledgeable about wine as a result. We could not fault one moment of this experience. The food, wine, evening out and visits added to the perfect weekend.

I've really admire the passion of Caro for the French wines and soil! She explained in details each phase of the wine production and why her wines are organics. Additionally we had a delicious lunch with organic salad, bread, cheeses and wines. Next time I will spend one night there, as she has beautiful rooms for rent in the vineyard. I do recommend this tour!!

Our expectations exceeded on every level. From the first moment you meet Caro you realise this is a special person that eats, breathes and sleeps not only all things wine in the region but also its food, history, people, architecture, economy, politics….you name it….Caro is well across it. With another couple of friends, we stayed 5 nights at the beautifully located and appointed Wine Lodge at Chateau Feely in early September – just before harvest. Caro’s generosity with her time and precise information she provided during the planning and booking phase was matched by her in person from the moment we first met and began our guided tour in St Emilion. It matters little what you already know of wine, after spending time with Caro you come away enlightened by the knowledge she imparts especially regarding organic viticulture techniques – the way Caro describes the environmental benefits you wonder why everyone isn’t doing the same.

We did the Saint Emilion group tour and had a very nice, informative experience. Caro, who is super sweet, knows a lot about Saint Emilion, wine, and organic farming. The winemakers she took us to were close by and were very generous with their time. The tour was a great balance of food, wine, walking, and history. I thought it was worth every cent.

We did the weekend tour over two days and enjoyed our stay. Organic wine producing is certainly different, eye opening and well worth discovering. We met some lovely people from the USA and UK during our stay and enjoyed their company at the local restaurant which is only a short walk down the road. The accommodation is great. Colin Australia.

What a marvellous day we had! Wandering around the delightful little town of Saint Emilion, learning its history and tasting its wine. Caro is a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide who knows the area and the wine so well, as her own vineyard is not far away. The Saint Emilion winemakers were generous with time with us and the beautiful, relaxed lunch in the shade of the spreading tree in the town square ringed by delightfully enticing shops and medieval walls made for a truly memorable day. I could not recommend it more highly

We did the whole day tour including vineyard in the morning, wine and food pairing lunch and wine making in the afternoon. Caro's enthusiasm was infectious and her knowledge of biodynamic viticulture compared with the chemical alternative was impressive and made for a compelling case for biodynamic/organic in all types of farming.
The tour of the vineyard flew by and then the wine tasting with food pairing lunch: this too was excellent. There was a lovely range of food, wine and company. Great fun!
I would have preferred a slightly longer afternoon on the wine making itself as this was comparatively short after the morning in the vineyard. Nevertheless, it was informative, interesting and inspiring and the whole day was certainly worth a 5 star rating.
My 20 year old daughter was also with us and she loved it too!
