The Night Swan is in a quiet residential area, on the west side of the intracoastal waterway. We were so happy with the accommodations & hospitality at the Night Swan ICW B & B that we just had to comment . Our one week stay in the Manatee Room was very relaxing, quiet and entertaining at the same time. I chose this location because it was close to the water and to my work location. The staff/owners are so friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the dock out on the water, dinner at a nearby restaurant, and the evening out on the balcony. The breakfast was the best you can imagine. I really enjoyed my stay at the Night Swan, the room I stayed in was adorable. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very roomy and even had a whirlpool tub. The service was excellent and the price was just right. Free internet at the hotel was a nice surprise too! más

I have enjoyed exploring New Smyrna Beach (NSB) from the beach side many times. This was an opportunity to stay in and explore a different part of the town. I love NSB because it is quaint, quiet and not the tourist town that it's neighbor Daytona is. We have stayed many times at the Night Swan and have always enjoyed our stays very much. The setting is very pleasant and the Martha and her staff have treated us royaly.
