Hi Esther,
We express our most sincere regrets over the snatch theft case at the hotel carpark during your stay here recently. Based on staff feedback, we had rendered you all necessary assistance , including the arrangement of making police report.
We take very serious view of the incident and have immediately tightened our security system with additional security guard recruitments. At the same time, police have also responded well to our request by conducting patrols around our hotel area on regular basis.
By the way, please allow us to correct your mistaken impression. The hotel owner was not present at the hotel at the time of incident. We believe this is a case of mis-identity.

We have taken note of your review and wish to thank you for your several comments/observations pertaining to the condition of the hotel room you stayed in recently. As a matter of fact, we always treat cleanliness as our top priority in running our hotel business. Please accept our apology for the discomfort you had experienced due to our oversight on house-keeping. We keenly seek for an opportunity to speak to you personally as we believe you can input us with valuable ideas for us to improve our quality of hotel service.
Meanwhile, we are pleased to advise that various up-grading measures are being undertaken on stage by stage basis to serve our customers better. As one of continuous efforts to provide value-added service , Astro TV channels are now available in all our hotel rooms.
Will be nice to hear from you soonest possible !!
