Thank you for sharing your detailed and thoughtful review on Trip Advisor! We were very pleased to read that you enjoyed your January stay with us and were able to take advantage of the pool, inflatable beach toys, and that you found your room large and convenient. We were also glad to hear you found your bathroom nicer than most, regardless of the need for renovations. We are in the process of evaluating some updates in the near future so we certainly hope we can welcome you back to see our improvements first hand. I was very disappointed to hear of the lack of friendliness you experienced from the staff on our property. Many of our guests rave about the associates’ performance and willingness to assist, so I sincerely apologize that you experienced anything less than ideal customer service. Your comments have been shared with management and we will continue to implement training in order to improve on associate/guest interaction. I’d also like to thank you for sharing your detailed opinions about various restaurants and activities around the island, as we were delighted to hear you enjoyed so many aspects of the island. While I was delighted to read that there were many aspects of your stay that you enjoyed during your time with us, such as the beach, pool and food, I am truly sorry that the condition of your room distracted from your otherwise enjoyable stay.
