Este hotel es realmente muy bonito, tiene una hermosa vista del campo de golf del country club, las camas son de lo más cómodo que me ha tocado en un hotel de esta categoría y las regaderas con hidromasaje me encantaron, desafortunadamente es todo lo bueno que puedo decir al respecto.
La comida del restaurante es bastante equis, llegó fria a la mesa y el servicio, a pesar de que el restaurante estaba practicamente vacío, también fue deficiente.

Unos meses después, hice un evento en su centro de negocios y fué el peor que he organizado en mi vida, el servicio fué lentísimo la comida llegó fria, tardó mucho y a pesar de que expresé mi molestia no hubo nadie que viniera a disculparse u ofrecer enmendar la situación.

Definitivamente no volvería a este hotel por ningun motivo.

This is truly a beautiful hotel, it has a wonderful view of the country club golf course, the beds are definetly one of the best I've used in this type of hotels and the shower is really nice, unfortunately, this is the only good part I can say about this property.

The food at the restaurant is pretty average, it was cold and the service, even though the place was pretty empty, was not good at all.

A couple of months after my stay I had a small meeting in one of their meeting rooms at the business center and it was truly a mess, the service was terrible, the food came cold and it took hours, and even though I complained about it nobody showed up to apologize or offer any type of compensation.

I would definetly not go back to this hotel
