I am sorry your stays with us were not up to your expectations. We strive to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay with us. Our Housekeeping Staff are very committed to their high standards of cleaning and have a very strict policy in place in regards to preventative maintenance that includes any and all repairs, maintenance and attention focussed on the entire problem of what we refer to the industry as "hitchhikers". Unfortunately, in all aspects of hospitality - preventative measures need to be taken to deal with the reality that certain bugs etc. make there way into motel/hotel rooms, movie theatres, airplanes, doctors offices etc. by hitchhiking on the clothing and personal property of others. We always strive to improve and deal with the many issues that arise in the industry.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on Trip Advisor. I am sorry that you were not happy with the room and the confusion that followed with you being unable to change rooms. We do our best to accomodate our guests and I am surprised that we were not able to accomodate your request. We believe in customer service being the #1 priority and we will ensure that further training and communication at our Front Desk will eliminate this problem in the future.
