On behalf of the Coast Lethbridge Hotel & Conference Centre I would like to thank you for not only taking the time to submit your review but also for noticing and appreciating so many details during your stay. We have always taken great pride in our hotel as well as the levels of service that we provide.

Should you be back in Lethbridge we would love to have you stay with us again.

Let me begin by saying that we appreciate all of your comments about your recent stay at the Coast Lethbridge Hotel. In saying that I would also like to address what you have said, as we certainly pride ourselves on the service levels and product of this hotel - a fact that virtually all our previous reviews on this site have highlighted. We are deeply concerned that you had such an experience at this hotel and aim to get to heart of any issues you have brought forward.

You had touched on the fact that you had inquired about the availability of cots with our front desk and that when you did so that you were told that we had "run out of cots". This hotel does not have, nor have we ever had cots available for use in our rooms. Our largest Premium category rooms all come with two queen beds plus a double pull-out sofa and our other rooms are not able to properly accommodate a cot thus we do not offer them. We would certainly like to find out if there is a training deficiency that would lead to misinformation from our agents.

The next points you bring up have to do with general cleanliness of our guest rooms and public spaces - that being the hallways. Our guest rooms are continually ranked amongst the cleanest available in Lethbridge with both our guests and independant organizations who conduct regular hotel evaluations. The halls being littered with cans and garbage??? Please let us know exactly when this may have taken place as you can imagine we are certainly not a hotel that would ever accept or encourage that type of thing.

Lastly, your comment about the pool area not being up to "Coast standards" is very surprising to say the least, especially considering the tremendous amount of money spent to built an entirely new pool and hot tub only 2 years ago.
