Dear NVladybug,
Thanks for your response and sharing your experience. If you enjoyed your experience in December - I can't wait for your to return when we re-open after ANOTHER multi-million dollar renovation. The lobby, meeting space and restaurant are new and improved - and we are working on a new Front Entrance (porte cochere) to come in off the street when you arrive. It's another new service experience not seen in Kamloops before. You are correct as well on our convenience to TRU (University) and their facilities...6 minutes by car is very convenient and you get all of the downtown amenities !

Dear bubblebine,
Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. I was pleased to see you rated us 5 out of 5 on service, and enjoyed the location. I am sorry to read that your experience was impacted by other guests. As much as we have a generally discerning clientele - even business class hotels are sometimes at the mercy of the conduct of other guests ( at least initially, as we will correct it). I was also concerned to read of the issues you commented on the bathroom - I will assume you stayed in one of our standard rooms, as I have commented previously- the bathrooms in our standard rooms are the one area slated for a future refurbishment. We do price these accordingly (less) as they do not have upgraded fixtures/granite countertops etc. as in the rest of the hotel. I would be most pleased if you would give us an opportunity again in the future. Please feel free to contact me directly as I would be pleased to make your arrangements personally.

Our Housekeeping team take pride in the cleanliness they are able to deliver, and they will be ecstatic to hear that you have recognized them for that. As a Business Class hotel, we offer a rare (for Kamloops) mix of service and comforts - on site lounge, restaurant and In-Room Dining (Room Service) being just a few...which I am pleased to read you enjoyed.
