Dear Valued Guest,
I am so pleased to read that you enjoyed your time relaxing at our spa and making the most of our amenities. I did want to let you know that we are well into the planning stages of renovations that will take place throughout the hotel. While it is starting with a renovation of all our rooms in 2012, we will be turning our attention to our Spa and pool facilities in the near future.

I am disappointed to read that you did not enjoy your stay with us last summer. I can assure you that all employees at the Delta Grand value each and every guest that walks through our door and I do apologize if that was not your experience.
I also want to pass along that we are well into the planning stages of a full room renovation slated to start in January 2012. Once the rooms are complete then attention will be turned on our public spaces and restuarant. By the end of 2012 we will be left with a fresh and modern hotel that we know will improve any perception of value for price paid.

We work closely with our partners to ensure that their customers and our guests can co-exist, and it is unfortunate that this was not your experience. We do have policy with them that music must be turned down as of 11pm and will respond to the restaurant if this is not the case.
I hope that we have the chance to welcome you and your family back to the hotel so that we can demonstrate that your last experience was an isolated one.
