Las habitaciones eran de un buen tamaño y estaba limpia. Nos hemos tenido un agradable servicio mientras estábamos aquí, pero eran me decepcionó no para conseguir un desayuno gratis incluido con nuestra habitación. Había una buena vista del puerto de St. John desde el hotel, aunque no todas las habitaciones tenían estas vistas. El hotel era realmente nos decepcionó el hecho de que el abajo, el vestíbulo apestaba a humo, no va bien.

Thank you very much indeed for your very positive review. Management and Staff are always delighted to hear when our guests have enjoyed their stay. We always share our successes and learn from our losses.

The hotel certainly has the best view in the city of the Narrows and our beautiful working harbour and many of our guests insist on the Harbour view rooms.

Dear Guest,

Thank you very much for your recent review, we love to receive them! It is true to say that we are an older hotel in St. John's, but on par in age with most of the existing downtown hotels.

We have several on site facilites which includes the recently renovated Rumplestitltskins Restuarant which serves Breakfast Lunch and Dinner and our new fitness facility which has been very popular with our guests for almost a year now. We have recently finshed renovating our 4th and 5th floors and have just introduced our new White on White Bedding package which we are all very exicted about.

Apologies that your room had an odor and hopefully you informed our Front Desk staff so that they could rectify the situation for you. I am glad to hear that your room was otherwise clean and comfortable.

Thank you for visiting us and we look forward to welcoming you back to The Quality Hotel Harbourview in the near future.
