Thank you for your feedback.

The room decor may not suit everybody, however, we do offer 11 rooms types so perhaps booking into a different style of room may be a better option.

We offer rooms with 2 double beds, queen beds, king beds, king suites, queen suites, room with kitchenette, child friendly rooms, handicap rooms, pet friendly rooms, select smoking rooms and more!

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our hotel, and most importantly our rooms.

Your feedback is very important to us and we would like to thank you for taking time out of your day to let us know about your stay here at the Travelodge London South.

We are very surprised you found the rooms small. Compared to the hotels in London, the Travelodge has the largest set rooms. Our rooms are very spacious which doesn't make the guest feel confined to such a small space.

Its unfortunate that you found the response by the front desk agent to be lacking with your requests. These comments have been addressed to the front desk agents.

With our hotel being located directly off of the highway, and in a busy part of town in regards to shopping and businesses, we tend to attract many guests throughout the week who are staying at our hotel for business purposes.

With so much direct competition around us, we our happy to offer guests who are staying for business related purposes, special rates with our hotel. We have many business guests who frequently stay with us because of the great rates we provide them, as well as the free wireless internet we offer that works great anywhere in the hotel! As well, included in your room cost is a full hot breakfast served each morning from 6:30-9:30 which is great for those who need to get an early start on the day!

We are glad you chose to stay with us here at the Travelodge, and were happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay! We hope to see you again soon!

Thank you for choosing to stay with us at the Travelodge, and thank you for taking your time out to write a response in regards to your stay.

We are ALWAYS happy to recieve feedback on every guests stay to help us improve our hotel and the atmosphere to make it an enjoyable stay for every guest that enters our hotel.

I'm not too certain of what room you had been booked into, however, for only 10$ more per night, you can always upgrade to one of our king suites which includes a Jacuzzi tub, large set room, extra television in the bedroom itself, and a pull out sofa. These rooms are a great choice if your looking for that something extra when staying at our hotel!

Once again, we thank you for booking your trip with us. We look forward to meeting your hospitality needs in the future.
