We understand that this client will not be coming to our facilities based on her last experience. However it is important to mention that after reviewing the case with our staff, clients at the hotel, all the people who intervened, and our provincial hotel association in detail.
We came to the conclusion that the hotel management did everything we could under the circumstances.
We are sorry that our accommodations or service did not meet her expectations during her short stay of 4.5 hours that did not include an overnight stay.

We are sorry that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. We understand your frustration, but since we are a small independent hotel with 18 rooms any changes made at the last minute on a booked reservation effects us greatly. That is the reason why we have policies and procedures in place. Our website does explain in great details the services provided, policies and procedures, therefore we are surprise at your disappointment. Being well aware, you chose the Hotel Le Clos Saint-Louis and you received the service that is offered and outlined.

We are certain you can understand that our small establishment cannot answer every client’s fantasy, at time it is possible and other times just impossible at the last minute.
