Sólo descubrí este lugar. Tenía todo eso que necesitábamos y más. El personal es maravilloso y la ubicación es perfecta. Disfrutamos tanto que estamos planeando regresar en un par de semanas. Las habitaciones eran muy bonitas y la ropa muy cómodo. Este sitio me oído es bajo nueva dirección y que parece que los nuevos propietarios están tomando el tiempo de hacer este lugar un diamante y se nota!

Thank you for the kind words regarding our property and staff! We feel that we can be dog friendly while at the same time still providing the quality amenities, service, and cleanliness that you might not find elsewhere. And yes, we triple sheet! We know what it's like to travel with your pup and understand what it takes to make your whole family feel welcome. The fireplaces certainly add a warm touch to the rooms after a long day on the slopes. Thank you for the heads up on water pressure- we found some of the hardware needed tightening- and we will check on the room you stayed in! We hope you come back to visit with the dogs again soon! Don't forget to use your 5% returning guest coupon!

We at the Avalon wanted to say thank you for your positive review and for choosing us for your first time to Tahoe! You came at the perfect time- endless powder and bluebird skies! We know that travel in and out of Tahoe can be tricky during this time, which is why our staff is trained to help any guest they see struggling. I know that Jenna certainly enjoyed helping you dig out! We have a great staff here that always goes above and beyond to make our guests’ stay more enjoyable. Comfort and cleanliness are two of our strongest points of emphasis and I am glad to see that both areas were up to our standard! We really enjoyed your stay and hope that you’ll visit us again in the future using your 5% returning guest coupon. If you enjoyed your trip in the winter, you should check out the summer in Tahoe!

Our staff goes above and beyond to make everyone’s stay memorable and enjoyable and we’re glad that you felt this way about them. I know they enjoyed spending time with your family. We’re sorry you were subject to the noise of your neighbors. We have soundproofed the hotel, but sometimes a loud guest can affect others. We have shared this with the staff and continue to patrol the grounds to keep unusually loud noise down. We appreciate your feedback.
