This review is NOT true. We donot have any maggots, pubic hair on our beds or dirt in our rooms.Saxony motel is one of the cleanest motel in Chatham, ontario.Our sheets come pre-washed & pre-ironed by the linen company.Our housekeepers work very honestly in the rooms & then the rooms are inspected by the manager.We work very hard everyday in & around this property to make sure this is a cleanest & comfortable place to stay for our guests.We are always trying to offer more to our guests for their money therefore we have started offering FREE Continental Breakfast to our guests.Last week, the health inspector came by to see our place & he found our rooms to be very clean. I wish Trip Advisor have some personnel to come & see our property & then people can have honest & clear view of our property.

I would like to take this opportunity to apologize for your experience as a guest of our motel.We took your complaint very seriously & have thrown out the old furniture & old matterresses not only in the room you stayed in but in several other rooms as well & replaced it with the new furniture & new decor This review does not justify the effort & the initiative, we have taken to make the reforms& to imply them not only in words but in action.We have a professional pesticide company servicing this property.We hope that you will give us the opportunity to regain your trust in us & we look forward to having you as our guest in the future.
