I am dissappointed to read of your experience with the Beauty Treatment facility available at Holiday Inn Chester South.
The Beauty Treatment facility is not mangaged by the Holiday Inn, Complete Beauty UK lease the space from the Hotel and manage it as a seperate entity. However having said this, a guests experience should be seemless and hasslefree and reflect the great service that Holiday Inn aspires to deliver. I am aware of your experience through our internal processes and will be addressing this lapse in the customer care and service with Audrey of Complete Beauty UK.
Once again please acept my apologies for your experience and hope that it does not deter you from using Holiday Inn in the future.
