Thank you for your comments, I would like to address a few of your issues. Trip advisor runs a strict registration to prevent frauds writing good & bad reviews so the authenticity is clear. Our restaurant serves a good English breakfast, continental breakfast is available in a buffet style whilst English breakfasts are cooked to order. Our waiting staff will seat you then ask if you would like a full English if you were a vegetarian this would be the time to let them know and we would offer an alternative.

We do allow dogs at the hotel and for this disturbance I can only apologise for this and advise that should this happen to you in the future please report any noise to reception who can then address the noise issue. We do have a damages section in the rooms advising guests of any damages to the hotels property as standard practice in hotels.

Regarding the car park charge, we do lease this so do charge a minimal amount again standard in many hotels, when booking with booking agents that are separate from the hotel the final amount you will be charged is purely for the accommodation . Extras such as cots/car parking/internet/ spa treatment/ dinner or anything extra you must pay for at the hotel it is not included in the price they are simply selling the rooms. However these extras are noted if you read the facilities as chargeable.

Regarding the manner in which this issue was discussed, we stood strong against your abrupt behaviour after trying to explain calmly , it was clear that you were upset with this as you felt cheated. We are sorry for this as it is stated on arrival, in the small print of your booking, & online when you book that car parking is chargeable. We did have a group of well behaved students from a local language school staying at the time whom over their 2 week stay with us received no other complaints so I am unsure what your issue was with these guests.
