Thanks for the general feedback and please accept my sincere apologies for the items behind the bathroom door, i have passed your comment onto our housekeeping team to sort these teething issues out as soon as possible.
We understand your comments regarding the lack of atmosphere in our lobby area and we are working on this now to try to enhance the first impression and imrove the guest experience in this area. Thank you once again for you positive comments and feedback on how we can improve our hotel. We look forward to welcoming you back in the Summer to enjoy the fantastic views of the City from our rooftop bar!

Thank you for your comments, please may i personally apologise for the inconvenience of the window situation, i can understand how frustrating this has been and we have now had a full key handover so we are able to open the patio doors when requested. I am pleased you generally enjoyed your stay and we are working on improving the bar facilities to soften the area and make it more comfortable for our guests. We look forward to welcoming you back to our hotel soon.

Great feedback, thank you. We have tried very hard to be as proactive with the limited car park situation we have here at the hotel and it is very difficult with the design of our building to offer an alternative entrance other than the one to the side of the hotel to Reception that was used on your visit. Overall, it was great to see you enjoyed your stay.

Thank you for your review. We are in the process of understanding exactly why this incident has happened. We take guest security very seriously indeed. Having only been made aware about the incident at 9am on Monday 23rd January. I am sorry that it has taken some time to respond to you, i understand from my Duty Manager we have tried to contact you but we have had no reply, therefore and i will be contacting you personally to discuss the way forward.
I would like to take this opportunity to assure you that this was an isolated incident and does not represent the exceptionally high standard of security we pride ourselves on.
