Thank you so much for your feedback, I was delighted to read that you had such a great time in all the aspects of your stay in Liverpool.
Also a particular thanks for mentioning one of our unsung hero's Stephen whom manages our reservations. Stephen is a truly passionate and dedicated member of the team here, who genuinley cares about our guests and that they enjoy their stay with us.

Dear Reviewer,
Firstly many thanks for posting your review. I was upset to read that the level of customer care fell short of your expectations, and I will concur that the comments you recieved where disapointing too say the least. We pride ourselves in our customer care and I feel bitterly let down by the lack of sincere care shown by a member of my team on this occasion.
Resta assured this issue will be investigated and a period of re training on customer care will be delivered to the staff member in question. I have also noted your other comments and will also address these.
Can I also thank you for your positive comments on the apartments, and your honest and valued feedback.

Firstly thank you for taking the time and trouble to post your feedback. I was horrified to read about the poor service that you encountered during your recent stay. This kind of attitude is not acceptable and I will look into why such a response was given to you.
I would like to extend my full apologies for the short fall in customer service, but also thank you for bringing it to my attention. It is important that we recieve feedback as it enables us to make the neccessary changes to avoid a repeat of the issues that you encountered.
Once again thank you for your frank and honest comments, they really do help us to improve.

Many thanks for posting your feedback on Trip Advisor. I was really please to read that you had a great time and that you found the apartments to your liking. It sounds like you stayed in one of our other apartments on Duke Street, where we do not have a reception check in. All builds are manned but we just have a main reception at Lever Court just across the road.
Overall thanks for such kind words, and we really hope to see you again soon.

What a pleasure to read, thank you so much for your comments. This is such a good review as you have mentioned many excellent things right on our door step. Liverpool One shopping is first class and so many of our bars and restaurants are also in the same bracket with so much variety with in a short walk of our Lever Court Apartments.
May I also thank you for mentioning my team, they are all genuinely passionate about looking after our guests, and will be so happy to read this review. I am so pleased that you enjoyed your stay at our fantastic property, and I do hope that you will be coming back soon as so many other previous guest do also. Our repeat business is really growing and with feedback like this it can only grow more.
