Thank you for your recent review on Trip Advisor following your stay at Thistle Piccadilly hotel.
I am pleased to inform you that the hotel refurbishment of all our bedrooms will be completed on 25th May 2012. We currently have 5 brand new re-furbished floors.
Your positive comments with regards to the team and breakfast will be shared with all concerned

Thank you for your review following your stay at the Thistle Piccadilly.
I am sorry to hear of the problems you encountered with your room and I have ensured all of the maintenance issues have been rectified. Please accept my apologies for the obvious inconvenience.
I am pleased to inform you that the hotel is due to undergo a substantial refurbishment programme within the coming months which will include a full upgrade of all bedrooms, public areas and corridors.
I certainly hope that you may take the opportunity to revisit us when this is complete.
