Dear Reviewer, Thank you very much for providing feedback following your recent visit to the hotel. I am pleased that you found your bedroom to be spotless and comfortable and that there as a good choice at breakfast. I will pass on your kind comments regarding our team and in particular the receptionist. In defence of Middlesbrough, I have to point out that many of our guests are from outside the area and the poor parking may not be locals at all ! I hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back to Hotel soon.

I was delighted that you found the receptionist helpful, friendly and efficient and your bedroom quite and spotless. It is not often enough that guests take the time and trouble to pass on their positive comments regarding their experience when visiting the hotel. I am delighted that we lived up to your expectations as a frequent hotel user and that you found the restaurant food to be brilliant with good service from our team. I note that you were attending a meeting in the hotel, we offer 17 meeting rooms and cater for events from 2 up to 350 people. Dear Reviewer, Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback following your recent stay with us I was very pleased to learn that you are a regular guest and that you have found the hotel to be centrally located. Please accept my apologies for the attitude of one of our receptionists, I will discuss this with the front office team as this certainly should not have been the case, customer service is very important to us and we have a great team who really want to look after our guests. I appreciate your comments regarding the cost of WiFi, the planned introduction of our new Signature loyalty scheme will offer regular guests like yourself some complimentary login time – details will be released soon.
