Since your first stays in 2008 Kew Green have continued to invest in a measured and sensible manner and this not only includes the Holiday Inn re-branding items and the flat screen TVs you mention but also Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel and mattresses in the bedrooms, a complete overhaul of the bedroom air conditioning plant as well as the recent bar and restaurant refurbishment. In addition to this, whilst the bedrooms have been well looked after and maintained, we are scheduled for a full bedroom refurbishment in the not too distant future.

I do hope you will choose to use Holiday Inn Reading West again next time you are in the area on business and we look forward to welcoming you back.

I'm delighted you enjoyed the food during your stay but sorry that you experienced a bit of a delay. All the meals here are prepared fresh to order on site and whilst the dining room can appear quiet at times the kitchen is also kept busy preparing meals for guests in the lounge, room service and often private dining and similar. Perhaps I could suggest that on your next visit you order your meal whilst enjoying a pre-dinner drink in the bar and we can call you through once your starter is ready.

Picking up on your comment about location, whilst having a car certainly does make things easier to get here we are, as you mention, just off the A4 (Bath Road) and there is a regular bus service from both Reading and Newbury town centres that stops directly outside and we are only a short walk from Aldermaston train station and can arrange, with a little prior notice, to pick guests up from there with their luggage. Additionally, a taxi from Reading station is reasonably priced and the journey will only take about 20 minutes.
