I am pleased that you found our location convenient to yourselves; for a minimal charge you are able to leave the car in our secure on-site car park for over 24 hours, enabling guests to explore the wonderful sights of our historical City. Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel after your recent stay with us last week. We appreciate all guests commenting on their stay, as this enables us to monitor all aspects of a guests stay so that we can ensure we meet the needs and expectations of all our guests.

It pleases us to see you found our secure on-site car parking useful. As you may have discovered parking in the City Centre can become very expensive, so leaving the car on-site is a plus side as you have mentioned. There are other alternatives of transport rather than the 10 minute walk, opposite the hotel there is a regular public bus which runs every 10-15 minutes and will take you directly into the Centre or alternatively a taxi only takes 2 minutes at a minimal charge.

Thank you for such a fantastic review of our hotel. All of our staff work extremely hard to help all guests have an enjoyable stay with us, it is good to know that they were able to be of assistance to you. They all pride themselves in being knowledgeable of Bath & surrounding areas, thus resulting in guests not needing to visit the tourist information centre in the city.

It also pleases us to see our breakfast met your needs; all hot items are replenished regularly to ensure they are to the best of standards for all guests no matter what time of breakfast they wish to eat.

We shall be looking forward to your visit with us in March. Please be aware Longleat Safari & Adventure Park only open weekends between 25th February – 18th March, then daily from 24th March through to November. I would also recommend booking with us sooner rather than later as March is a very busy month for us.
