Thank you for choosing the Angel Hotel, I am sorry that your stay didn't meet with your expectations and that you found various issues throughout the duration of your stay.
Since your stay, the hotel has undergone a considerable update in customer service, cleanliness and maintenance. Many of the staff you would have met have moved on, and in their place, properly trained individuals with a passion for the hotel and service now work.
We do offer an upgrade to a 'Byron Full English Breakfast' from the standard continental offering, this is now priced at only a £2 surcharge.
It would be lovely to welcome you back for you to experience the changes we have made, including sample our fantastic menu in the new restaurant. Please feel free to make contact me with if this might be something you would consider.

Thank you for choosing to have your coffee with us. With so many coffee shops in Guildford, we feel privileged to have been your chosen spot.
I have spoken to my team regarding what I deem to be acceptable levels of noise from guests and patrons so that hopefully this won't happen again in the future. I am aware of the people you are describing and nothing is more off-putting when you're trying to read a paper or have a quiet conversation.
