Thank you for your comments on Trip Advisor. Due to the nature of the hotel industry, christmas parties more often than not do extend into the January of the new year but we endeavour to ensure that these do not impact on our other leisure guests.
I do hope we can welcome you back in the future to Hilton Warwick/Stratford-upon-Avon.

Thank you for your review following your recent stay/visit.
I was disappointed to note the issue with your food and had the issue been raised at the time, we could have rectified any problems immediately.
To clarify, car parking charges were introduced because of the spiralling costs of operating, maintaining and securing the car park and surrounds of the hotel. Since being implemented in March 2005 at the Hilton Warwick we have achieved a virtually crime free area and is therefore proving to be a major deterrent, a situation many of competitors would like to be in.
Your loyalty is importance to us and I do hope we can welcome you back to Hilton Warwick/Stratford-upon-Avon in the future.
