We were all pleased you had a great weekend at Rotunda and would happily return.

I'm sorry that you didn't get the wine that you wanted - I've checked your booking confirmation and it states that you ordered a bottle of Chablis - or at least that is what came through on the confirmation to us. We always say to guests that if something isn't right then do let us know at the time and we will try to put it right immediately (as happened with the cereals).

We've recently boosted our servicing team to try to eradicate annoying errors such as the missing coffee for which we're really sorry.

I'm delighted you really enjoyed your stay and especially the views - I still find them mesmerising even after four years. As a local, we hope to see you back in the near future. Try an apartment on the opposite side of the building for a different take on the city. We have regular guests who want to see the view from every apartment!

It was great to read your review and learn that you returned with your children on your second visit and that they loved it as much as you do. My children are always nagging me to take them for the weekend! Thanks also for your kind words about Keisha - we have a really great team at Rotunda.

I'm sorry about the missing tea towels - we've just increased our stock again this week as they keep disappearing (presumably into the same black hole as socks and teaspoons end up in) and we never seemed to have enough. Hopefully this latest order will stop the problem.

We're pretty sure there was a frying pan in the apartment because we did a full inventory check at the beginning of January but they are kept in a very slim drawer beneath the oven and you wouldn't be the first guest to miss it. If you can't find something in the future, then please do ask us straight away, as we have spares of most things at reception and/or we can point you in the right direction in your apartment.

I completely agree with you about the bin bags being too thin but the team has pointed out to me that most guests barely put anything in the bins, and therefore thicker ones would be a waste of resources most of the time. We have therefore agreed today that we will continue to use the thin ones but provide a roll of thicker ones in each apartment for guests staying longer periods of time or who have more waste. Anyway, you shouldn't be emptying your bin - that's our job!
