Thank you for your review, I was of course disappointed to read your comments and in particular that you did not take advantage of our “100% Satisfaction Guarantee” where we have a duty to resolve any issues raised by guest during their stay, or there is no charge for the room.

I was surprised to read your comments about your experience of room service as this seems out of character with the high levels of service which we aspire to. We have installed secondary glazing to minimise the street noise, we can however also offer rooms which are higher and towards the back of the hotel where this is minimised further.

We are situated on the Royal Mile which is very convenient for access to local transport links, bars and restaurants as well as all the major visitor attractions in the city, and for this reason it is a vibrant and bustling tourist route through the city which many visitors comment upon in their feedback and reviews.
