hello and thank you for your review , we have used the same company for over 5 years now with over 8000 trips to and from the airport every year and i can honestly say our success rate is 99.9% on time , i believe in this instance you reserved your transfer at time of booking but never let reception know on your arrival,, and on the morning of your departure we have 7 transfers all leaving on time however we had to call an outside company for your transfer and this caused the confusion along with you having to return for your belongings , we always on arrival ask for departure time and on this occasional something has went amiss , fortunately as we are at prestwick airport in 13 years i have been here,,,, with over 100,000 transfers we have never missed 1 individual flight not even 1 , and we have taken measures to again make sure all guests understand they must reserve exact times on check in, many thanks for your honest comments
