I am delighted that you had an enjoyable experience at the hotel and you enjoyed the food at Elwood’s Steak & Sea food restaurant.
The Hotels is located as you know in the city centre and there are great selection of bars in the area one to try on your next visit is O Connells just around the corner from the hotel one of Galway’s oldest and most popular bars it’s well worth a visit.
There is always great fun in our hotel bar and I am delighted you had a good night.

I was disappointed to read that one of the team did not welcome you at breakfast time, we serve breakfast all day so our guests are welcome at any time to enjoy breakfast thank you for making me aware and shall insure that all the team are made aware of how important it is to insure that all our guest are made feel welcome at all times.

We are working hard on our food at the Forster Court hotel we are in the process of introducing a new steak and sea food menu , Thank you for making me aware that service was slow we shall discuss and address at our weekly Food & Beverage meeting.

We are in the process of painting all our rooms , ( we currently have 26 painted ) all others shall be painted by the end of the month it is crucial that your room is perfect thank you again for advising of issues in your room
