Firstly I would like to thank you for taking the time to leave your response on your stay.
I am very sorry to hear that your stay was not all you hoped it would be and your comments have been taken onboard. With regards to the shuttle service unfortunately as it is run by a seperate company that we share with a number of hotels in the area, they set their own terms on charges for the service.
I was glad to hear that you were happy with the staff service you recieved despite the busy situation you described, this is something we take very seriously at this hotel and I am glad to hear that it is being fulfilled.

Thank you for your wonderful feedback regarding your stay here with us, I am very happy to hear such positive comments and always welcome feedback that can lead to a better service.
I was happy to read that you mentioned the wonderful grounds in which we are set here as we feel this gives us something unique over other airport hotels, the fact that we are so close to an international airport whilst offering the feel and charm of a countryside escape is something we are very proud of here.
With regards to your comments about the resteraunt, I have passed this along and have been assured they are looking into ensuring that regardless of how busy they are customers orders are still delivered promptly and I have been assured this will not be the case again in future.
I certainly hope that we will be welcoming you back with us again in the future.
