i am really sorry about your bad experience.
I agree we have only 1 elevator, but with 54 rooms, most hotels in the world get 1 elevator.
I agree we get while your stay a student group for a swimming competition and i apolozige for the inconvenience they made for your night. We don' t use to have this kind of customers.
The breakfast included 7 biologics breads, 7 differents jams, honey, Nutella, 4 differents cheese, ham, sausage,bacon,eggs, boiled eggs, fresh orange juice, multi vitamine juice, apple juice, white cheese, fruits in sirup, 6 differents cereales,4 didderents fresh fruits,tomaoes provencale, mineral water with and without gaz,hot chocolate, 8 differents tea, coffee.....that cost 13 €
Aniway, if you just had a coffee, i agree that's expensive
we just get the 4th stars for this hotel and the dimensions of the rooms are very important....so the smallest rooms had 24 sqm and the biggest 28 sqm....it' s means that we have certainly the largest rooms for a 3 stars hotel in France.
Also the swimming pool had 36 sqm and not .....10 !!!!!
We write anywhere our adress like that the people can find the hotel... so we never lie and never said we are on the Champs Elysées...very sorry if you imagine Nimes in front of the see and the hotel "sur la Croisette" de Cannes.
But one more time, i apolozige for your bad experience and i will be proud to personnally take care of you in your next trip
