Hemos acertado al elegirlo esta absolutamente nuevo y el personal es muy agradable si hay que indicar alguna pega señalaría que las dimensiones de las habitaciones son demasiado justas pero el hotel IDEAL

En junio 2011 estuve en el hotel Don Felipe en Segovia. En lugar de las tres noches planeadas me quedé dos semanas porque mi marido fue ingresado en estado grave en el hospital en Segovia. El equipo de Don Felipe hizo todo lo posible para ayudarme en esta situación difícil y para hacer mi estancia menos complicada. Por ejemplo resolvieron el problema que tuve con el coche de alquiler: hubiera que entregarlo en Madrid pero por el estado de mi marido yo no era capaz de hacerlo por mi misma y el alquilador no pudo recogerlo en Segovia. La plantilla resolvió el problema de manera fenomenal: fueron con dos personas a Avila para devolver el coche de alquiler y arreglaron todo con el alquilador! A pesar de las circunstancias desagradables tengo hermosas memorias a este hotel fantástico. Salvo el cuidado excepcional el hotel sin ningún duda es fantástico: la ubicación en una calle tranquila en el centro de la ciudad, la vista, las habitaciones. Cosa que en mi opinión llama la atencion y merece mención es el aislamiento acústico de las habitaciones. Espero que mi marido y yo podamos regresar este año en circunstancias mejores para celebrar de nuevo las vacaciones.

In june 2011 I stayed in hotel Don Felipe in Segovia. Instead of the three planned nights, I stayed two weeks because of the fact that my husband was admitted into the hospital of Segovia in grave condition. The team of Don Felipe helped me with everything that was posible in this bad situation, and did everything to make my stay less complicated. By example they solved the problem I had with my renting car: I had to bring it back to Madrid but because of the situation with my husband I was not able to do it myself, and the agent could not pick it up in Segovia. The staff solved the problem in a fantastic way: they went with two persons to Avila to bring back the car and they arranged everything with the agent! In spite of the unpleasant circunstancias I have very good memories of this hotel. Besides the particular care they gave me, there is no doubt that the hotel is fantastic: the situation in a quiet street in the centre of the town, the views, the rooms. In my opinion a notable thing is the isolation of noises of the rooms: they are very quiet. I hope that my husband and I are able to return this year to hotel Don Felipe to celebrate our holidays again.
