Fuimos dos parejas y después de sangre, sudor y lágrimas conseguimos llegar al hotel...al llegar a recepción la reserva que yo habia hecho me dijeron que habia un problema y que me tenian que cambiar la habitación, y menos mal que nos pasó eso, porque nos dieron una suite al mismo precio que una habitación standard. Nuestros amigos no tuvieron tanta suerte y se quedaron con una normal. La "suite" es lo que vendria a ser una habitación standard de cualquier hotel de 3 estrellas o menos en España. El baño era grande, y hay que decir que estaba limpio. Pero cuando bajamos a ver la habitación de nuestros amigos... menuda habitación más lamentable, no era pequeña, pero les dieron dos camas separadas, y bueno... es una habitación de una pensión baratilla de España... el baño era... bueno... con una luz fluorescente, y era como si estuvieras en el baño de un hospital....
Al menos lo único bueno que puedo decir del hotel es que en recepción se esforzaban por entendernos. A parte de eso el hotel está extremadamente lejos del centro, se tiene que coger un bus y luego el metro, sino, no hay otra manera de llegar.... y el barrio deja mucho que desear, cuando llegas de noche al hotel no da muy buen rollo...

we regret that you didn't like the standard room of your friends and we will take care of your suggestions. Just to clarify, I would like to point out but that we have 3 categories of rooms:
- Basic: wide and simply furnished standard rooms, at the lower floors of the hotel, with basic services and very cheap price.
- Classic: wide and simple, with some renewals in furnishings, at the higher floors of the hotel, with shuttle bus to/from downtown, porterage and car parking included. Price is a little bit higher.
- Executive: luxury and refined rooms (Superiors, Junior Suites and Suites) with hydromassage bath or shower, coffee/tea maker, room service, and many other features). More expensive but with wonderful comfort and elegance.
So we try to satisfy every kind of client: from the one who wants an average quality of room for a cheaper price, to the one who wants the best in quality at an higher but affordable price.
As you can check on every hotel booking website we are always among the cheapest hotels in Rome with an high value for money.
I hope to have you and your friends in our hotel again, if so please contact us before in order to give you the type of room you prefer.
FInally, we are in a residential and quiet area just 5-6 kms from downtown area. But you can reach the center with our shuttle bus in approx 20-25 minutes or by public transportation in approx 30-35 minutes.
