Thank you for sharing your feedback on tripadvisor as well, such words really help the readers to understand your feelings as you were staying here... and are a huge compliment to us!
I honestly tell you (hoping this message will be clear to every reader) that I love to host people who want to understand Rome, like you, and I absolutely hope I will never host tourist who just come to Rome because they have to, because their friends told them to or, worst, because it cool to say you have been to Rome.
I believe this kind of people would not appreciate our little hotel and I would really be bored hosting them.

Thank you very much for your too many compliments as they will really help people to learn more about us. Let's say it is all a matter of translation: an ancient City as Rome is must be translated. You cant' come here and think you already know everything. Or better, you can come to Rome and think you already know everything about it but then THIS WOULD NOT BE your favourite hotel.
As promised, once in your city I'll contact you for a dutch kava!

It is so great to know that you have decided to come here for your boyfriends birthday. Your expectation were probably high.
Once people understand the magic of our neighbourhood and they walk the 3 floors of steps then they all become new friends of ours.

Dear Friends,
I feel honoured, not joking. The other evening I was out with friends and I was showing them all the stencils and general art that surrounded us! I wish you all the best for your common life and for next summer shifts.
I remind all the readers that our 7 rooms are situated on the 3rd floor of an ancient building not provided with a lift and that we prefere to host people who are really interesting in understanding Rome and enjoy its life.

It has really been a big pleasure to host you here and thank you for you kindness and cooperation, looking for the Tiramisu Bar. We remind all of the readers our small hotel is located on the third floor of a 16th century building not provided with a lift.
