We appreciate your time in providing us feedback on your recent stay, it is extremely important to us in order to learn and improve.
We would sincerely like to apologize for any inconveniences you experienced in regards to a cold bathroom and any lack of
professionalism shown by our staff. However we will also ensure that Mary & Donald read your kind, complimentary words about them.
We pride ourselves on the service we provide to our guests, and we obviously have failed your expectations. Please rest assured that
our respective Department Heads have been informed, and corrective measures are being taken to ensure this does not occur again.
We do hope that you will provide us with another opportunity to show you what true Royal Court service is.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post a review of the Hotel Royal Court on Trip Advisor.
We do apologize that the TV lacked variety and that you found our bedrooms to be different to American ones, however they are quite typical for Europe.
Indeed, we are very fortunate that the location of the hotel is close to the main train & bus station as well being in walking distance to most of the historical sights, thus giving you the choice to travel by public transport or on foot.
We do hope that we will see you again at the Hotel Royal Court soon.

One of the many advantages of us being a small boutique hotel is that we can pay more attention to our guests.
