Thank you for sharing your experience at the Crowne Plaza Amsterdam City Centre. It is always with great pleasure that we read these comments.

The hotel is indeed centrally located near many of the beautiful sites Amsterdam has to offer. Dam square, the Royal Palace, the Jordaan, Anne Frank House, the canals with typical Amsterdam canal houses, all is in the vicinity of the hotel. This also provides our guests who arrive into Amsterdam Schiphol Airport with an easy 20minute trainride into Amsterdam Central station which is located within 10 minutes walking from the hotel.

The hotel unfortunately does not have a full spa available for its guest. A modest work out room and sauna facilities are available as well as a room to receive a massage in but indeed we do not have a masseuse on premises available but can arrange one for you.

We are happy to read that we were able to add some joy to your birthday festivities.

It is very unfortunate to read you were not satisfied with the level of service provided by our concierge and therefore I would like to receive some additional information in order to learn from our mistakes. We are delighted to hear you qualify our hotel as "Top Quality".

The hotel is indeed centrally located near Amsterdam Central station which makes it very easy to take the train from Schiphol which departs from underneath the Arrival Terminal to Amsterdam Centraal. The central location of the hotel also makes the city and all its sites very accessible. Dam Square and the Royal Palace, the Jordaan, the nine streets, the Anne Frank House and many other sites are in the vicinity.

One of the main assets of a hotel is its staff. We are pleased to read you find our staff friendly and helpful.

We are pleased to find you rate our staff to be very polite and courteous and find the hotel rooms of decent size and clean. Indeed the hotel is centrally located, just steps away from Amsterdam Central Station. This also gives you the possibility to visit many of the sites that Amsterdam has to offer.

We are pleased to hear you enjoyed our suite so much. All rooms are equipped with items from Crowne Plaza's Sleep Advantage program. A program designed to give you the best nights rest. The rooms have luxurious beds en plush bedding an aromatherapy kit to make you in a calming mood and also the hotel hosts special quiet zones in order to relax from a busy day in Amsterdam.

Your review was shared with the entire team as well as with Silvie, who was delighted to hear you mentioned her in your review. We are glad we were able to surprise you with acess to our club lounge. Suites and Executive rooms that are booked with us all get access to our clublounge which indeed gives you the possibility to breakfast as well as all day coffee and tea and snacks and beer and wine in the afternoon and evening.

Thank you for your comments on the clublounge and its breakfast. We are continuously looking to improve our our service and product and feedback as such is very valuable to us. We are not pleased with the fact that the general inquiries number did not provide you with the correct information and we informed them of this to prevent it from happening in the future.
