We have recently reviewed our restaurant prices to offer a more competitively priced menu, however we are pleased to receive any comments with regard to this, as we are constantly reviewing the menus to ensure that we are competitive.

I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the Wifi charges, we do make a charge for this, as it is a secure, fast line that we offer, which can not be guarenteed in many restaurant etc offering this facilitiy free.

Thank you for taking the time to write your comments on Trip Advisor following your recent visit to the Holiday Inn Stoke on Trent.

I am sorry that on your visit you encountered these shortfalls with our usual high standards. I appreciate that i did write to you to apologise personally you at the time, and I am sorry if I did not apologise for the over charge, which clearly should not have happened. I know that we did rectify this as soon as you made us aware of it.

I can assure you that we did take the necessary retraining with the room attendant for not checking all the laundry before putting it onto the beds, as the sheet was marked via the laundry process and should have been rejected prior to putting it onto the bed.

I am sorry once again for the lapse in standards, and hope that you will give us the opportunity to redeem ourselves, by visiting us again in the near future.
