Thank you for posting your comments on Trip Advisor. We are very happy that you stayed with us on your last July trip and even more that you enjoyed your dining experience. I'm a bit disapointed that you didn't express your feelings during your stay, therefore we would have been able to adjust to your needs. Regarding the prices they reflect the economic reality of four stars spa hotel in France. I thank you again for posting your feedbacks and helping us improve our global guest experience.

Thank you for posting your comments on Trip Advisor. We are sorry that the decoration did not meet your criteria, but as you know taste are subjective. We are really surprised that you felt the place looked old since we just finished an 18 months renovation plan. Besides the goal of the hotel isn’t to be a design hotel which you can find in any major city. The soul of the hotel remains in the principal building which is a former mansion from the 17th century protected by the French Historical Monument; therefore our ambition is to preserve our uniqueness and to create a mix between tradition and modernity.
Regarding the Wi-Fi, a free access is provided at the bar, unfortunately we are unable at the moment to offer free in room Wi-Fi access due to a contract with an external society providing in room Wi-Fi access at the moment. This problem should be solved in February during our annual closing period. We take very seriously all your comments in order to improve the experience of our guests.

Thank you for staying with us and for giving us your feedback about your stay. We are very happy that you enjoyed your experience at the Hostellerie des Châteaux & Spa. Even so I’m a bit frustrated that you judged the quality of our Restaurant without even trying it. Thank you for staying with us and for giving us your feedback about your stay. We are very happy you enjoyed the spa area and your dining experience. Regarding the rooms, as you mentioned some of our entry-level room have two separated bed, which is something requested by some of our guest. All our rooms were recently renovated so I’m a bit surprised that you found them old. We have a very large choice of rooms, so some of them are more rustic and some are more contemporary. I'm sorry we didn't have the chance to clarify those points during your reservation. Nevertheless if you had told us on arrival that you had a preference for a contemporary room with a large bed then we would have been more than happy to adjust to your requested needs. Thank you again for helping us improve our guest experience, we hope to welcome you again soon.
