Thank you very much for your feedback with regards to your recent stay in our hotel. Feedback like this gives us the possibility to adjust our services and products where needed.

It is nice to read that you find our hotel staff nice and attentive. We focus on providing personal service and are pleased that this is experienced.

We are sorry to hear about the fact that you find the hotel a bit dated. The previous years we have invested money in the refurbishments of a great number of hotelrooms, the Restaurant and Bar and recently the Banqueting rooms. We have also started the Sleep Advantage Programme, including improvements for the comfort of the bed and extra pillows in the rooms. The coming years we will continue with investing in the remaining hotelrooms and common areas to keep the entire hotel bright, airy and up to date.

Finally the hotel shuttle is indeed free of charge from Schiphol to the hotel. All guests pay 7,50 euro for the returntrip to Schiphol (including all PC members). Only guests whith a Club Room package have the shuttlebus included in their package and do not pay separately.
