Firstly, I would like to take this opportunity and thank you for your review.
I am thankful for your feedback as it allows us to continuously monitor our product and services and improve where applicable and necessary. Delighted to read that you liked the services offered, I am yet afraid to hear that you were not fully able to enjoy your stay with us due to the noises in corridor and adjacent rooms. I would wish to have heard of this before in order to offer you what GLOW promises if we fail on our 5 GLOW elements.
We have on the other hand acknowledged those weaknesses for our new Wing opening in the first quarter of 2012 with another 72 spacious and trendy designed rooms. Thus I hope we are yet able to welcome you back to experience our new rooms in the coming year.

Firstly, I thank you very much for your review and the personal time you invested to write it.
I am delighted to learn that you enjoyed your stay with us at GLOW even though you experienced some hiccups in our product. I am thankful that you found our service professional and helpful even if you had the feeling not have being serviced with a smile. This of course is highly important to us and I have already brought your point to the team.
Your concern of security has also been taken into consideration. Nevertheless, even though we do not have a key card system in our elevators you can rest assured that we have security guards at each compound gate and one security supervisor patrolling around the compound in order to guarantee full security of all our guests.
All your comments are highly important to us as it allows us to continuously monitor our services and products. I am hoping that we are able to welcome you back in the near future.
