We have made note of the knob not being there for the washing machine and have already fixed the same

Firstly let me apologize for any inconvienance caused to you due to the delay involved in scanning and returning your passport for official record purposes, I have taken the issue up with the concerned staff and have initiated certain procedures within the department to ensure that all important documents of our guests are returned immediately after relevant procedures are completed.

We have also made note of your comments about the hot water and have instructed the engineering department to look into the apartment thoroughly for any plumbing faults we also wish to assure that relevant corrective actions are put into place so that such incidents do not occur in the future
