Thank you for taking the time to review "the b kobe".
We are pleased you enjoyed your stay at the hotel and glad you found the location ideal for your visit to Kobe.
As you mentioned in your review, the hotel is located in the key entertainment, dining and shopping area of Kobe. This area is called Sannomiya.
Train stations can be a little intimidating and often inter-linked, but we are pleased you did find your way to the hotel. From the Hankyu and JR train stations, the hotel is about a 3 - 5 minute walk.
Beyond complimentary wired internet in the rooms, we also offer free wireless access in the lobby.

As your review is titled, the hotel is the best located hotel in Sannomiya.
Sannomiya is the heart of Kobe and "the b kobe" is located in the middle of the shopping, dining and entertainment district.
Thank you for mentioning Tokyu Hands which is 200 meters from the hotel, this department store offers everything imaginable and a great place to buy gifts.

I was most disappointed the hotel fell short of your expectation.
I sincerely apologize that you felt the ventilation was limited and the heating was too high. We have investigated your concerns to ensure temperature is set appropriately for our guests comfort.
It is unacceptable that the bathroom was not cleaned to a higher level and again I apologize for this.

We are pleased you enjoyed the hotel, the large than normal guest rooms, our fantastic shower towers and the great freshly brewed coffee in the lobby.
As you have mentioned, the hotel is located in the middle of the entertainment district, surrounded by a myriad of restaurants and bars, plus shopping areas.
