It was a pleasure to have you stay at The Oberoi Grand Kolkata recently. Thank you for taking the time to review us on Trip Advisor.
The Oberoi Grand is referred to as the “Grand Dame of Kolkata” which depicts the old world charm and the Victorian culture and our pool side rooms have a great view of the swimming pool which has often been termed as an “oasis” by most of the guest.
Kolkata being the gateway city to North East of India, Bhutan and to the Sunderbans we understand that our guest on leisure trip often have to take early morning flights and in order to comfort them we do offer early check in whenever possible.
We are grateful for your appreciation of the services provided by the team Thank you for having stayed with us and we look forward to the opportunity of welcoming you back to The Oberoi Grand and Kolkata.

Whilst I have noted your feedback about the charges for the hotel car I would like to assure you that we have a very competitive price for our chauffeur driven air conditioned limousine service by AVIS which we provide our guests. We will however certainly look into the pricing once again.

“A perfect morning leads to a perfect and productive day”. A personalized wake up call accompanied with tea or coffee and “breakfast on the go” service is specially tailor made keeping this in mind for our guests may miss their breakfast due to hectic schedules.
