Thank You so much for taking the time to post a review on tripadvisor. We take these comments very seriously and respond to them just as we did your survey. (By the way thanks for the overall kudos.)
We are one of the very few SpringHill Suites that has bar service and are glad we can offer you a beverage. Currently we are researching a happy hour for our important guests so hopefully that will be of some help. As mentioned on the survey our towels are Marriott spec and for some reason I believe there was confusion with the bath mat which is one shelf above the towels. Upon your return let me know and we'll make sure you are taken care of.

Thank you very much for your response in reference to our hotel. We like and appreciate feed back as it allows us to better manage the customer experience. We're glad you like the hotel bar and we have lovely function space and an outdoor fire place which is great this time of year.

Thanks so much for the kudos and glad you likje the bar. Not only do we serve drinks but have a tasty menu as well. Yes the GPS thing is a challenge as the city changed the name of the street and it will take just a little longer before it is updated.
