As stated in our email communication, I am deeply saddened to learn that your recent visit with us was less than satisfactory. I was also extremely disappointed to learn that our responses to all of your concerns were inadequate. Though it is rare for our property, when insects are discovered in our guest suites, regardless of size, it is a big deal and we take such incidents very seriously. The comfort and satisfaction of all of our guests is incredibly important to us. Again, we have spoken with the associate, as well as all of our team members, concerning this matter and we will continue to diligently improve our inspection and detection efforts to prevent a repeat of this unfortunate incident.

I am happy that you did receive the Marriott Rewards points as requested and I hope that you will not lose faith in our TPS Brand. We sincerely appreciate your invaluable feedback as we continue to strive to provide a quality and consistent experience all of our guests expect when choosing to lodge with us.

However, I am very disappointed to learn about the unpleasant experiences you and your family encountered at our property. Please rest assured that I am taking the necessary measures to ensure that guests do not smoke in our 100% non-smoking facility in the future, as well as alleviate the lingering smoke odor. I have also reviewed our maintenance program with my staff to ensure that guest suites are not offered for rent prematurely after repairs are performed.
