Cuatro habitaciones y nadie sabe hablar ingles. Ni frances. Por supuesto, ya no esperaba que hablaran una gota de espanol y ya puestos, tampoco regalan sonrisas... Cuatro habitaciones y tienes que rellenarte el formulario de la policia tu mismo. Cuando llueve te prestan el paraguas de la cocinera, si hay suerte. El desayuno es un huevo (en tortilla, revuelto o frito) o una crepe. Otra vez, la limpieza es horrorosa, con el cuarto de ducha emmohecido, con manchas en el techo, las juntas de silicona comidas, los rincones como en una estacion de tren... Ah, y en nuestra primera noche, cuatro horas sin luz y ni una explicacion. Recuerdad que tienen cuatro habitaciones, no pienso que sea tan dificil. Asi que si tienen un poco de sentido profesional, quiten lo de boutique, por favor. No se lo merecen ni de lejos. No lo recomendaremos y no volveremos.

Thank you very much for your time for sharing your experience/ review indeed and also I am so sorry for any inconvenience caused during your stay with us in Sapa.
However, after reading all of your points/ comments I thought you have got some misunderstanding and have overstated some matters also.
The first, we all can not speak both French & Spanish but our staff can use English well. Ms. Huong (receptionist) & Ms. Do (waitress) (who spoke to you during your stay in Cha Pa Garden) have been working as English tour guide for long time. Wherefore, I thought they absolutely could speak English with you like with others unless for some other reasons which are not coming from them.
The second, I am so sorry for the problems with ceiling, with power (no power in the whole town and not only in our hotel) on your first night. However I could not understand what your mean about: “police form, food silicone, corners’'. It looks like not very clear for us explain. Maybe because of the communication between you and our staff, it made some misunderstanding else. Our staff tried to tell you many things but you might not catch them. We always have enough umbrella ready for our guest and some times we use them also but we make sure that if you need them we will give priority to you. One more thing, our breakfast is not as excellent as you have in luxury restaurant but its more diversified than you mentioned indeed. We always distribute breakfast with some choice of pancakes/ crepes ; of Vietnam noodle soups; of bread with butter, jam, ham & cheese; of eggs together with bacon & bread….and with many choice of drinks. You can choose any things, how much until you are full. I also affirm that we never cook fried egg, scramble egg or omelet with an egg.
I really highly appreciate your comments about our rooms (Cleanliness) and we will check to improve our service as soon as we can. I am so sorry for that once again.
However, I and our staff did not know that you were not happy with our service until I read this review. Please kindly accept our sincere apology for this inconvenience.
