Selati is great! Maybe Bea was unfair with her comment?

As I did not get any earlier opportunity to reply on Bea's comment I would like to do so now. As Bea did not leave her surname or did not book in as Bea- I could not trace the incident after this long time.

The property is more than 10,000 sq meters in size and therefore there is an intercom at Reception with four phones connected which are always answered promptly and friendly (we might walk "out of the remote range" for a second).

The 2 single beds have a 2 inch King size top-mattress. We can provide a little more expensive Double-bed unit next time.

The staff is taught to be quiet and unseen as people are here to have peace and quiet and we do not provide room service, but self-catering with B&B. The intercom/office/ telephone are there for any problem to be reported.

The TV stand is above the counter top area to provide more working space. Only the big Family units are not open-plan units. Our Standard units are really value for money!

Selati gets great positive comments on a daily basis and overall a 4/5 and we also got semi-finalist results in the AA Travel Awards when we competed.

We strive to maintain the high level of feedback that we generally receive and regret any deviations from our standards.
