First of all thank you for having chosen our Hotel Barceló Tat Beach for your stay in Belek.

In reference to your comments we would like to answer some facts:

We regret the situation caused at the end of your stay and maybe it was a misunderstanding that could been solved at check in.
Normally Hotels consider costumers older than 12 years old as adults, not only Barceló Hotels but also rest of Hotels in the area. Your reservation was for 2 adults and 2 children but they are 13 and 17 years old.
Also you booked for 4 and you were 5 people.
We understand that it is not confortable for all to ask for the economic compensation for the diference between real numers of costumers in the room and the amount on reservation.
Also we gave to your family an up-grade with no charge to a Honeymoon to make you all feel more comfortable and have more space than in a standard Suite.

About the lock system, sometimes cards get disactivate if you put them near your mobile phone or computer, that could be the reason you couldnt open your room door or the timing we introduce in the Key software System. In any case, we never tried to block your door, we only took the opportunity to explain you the situation once you were at reception.
As soon as you explained us the door problem we gave your family new cards and then you could go inside the room without any problem.

About the food comments, the hotel has a 14 days road menu and 2 thematical nights per week, Spanish night on Tuesdays and Turkish night on Fridays.
Also about the entertainment that we offer, we had outdoor shows every night and live music in our lobby bar during your stay here, in wich our animation team try to make every guest in the hotel have good time.

We are sorry about not rearranging the situation before and make it clear since check-in.
