You are correct, there is generally ample unattended parking on the East side of the property and we do offer covered and secured valet parking for a $15.00 nightly fee.

We believe that we offer a great value for guests who are visiting the Palm Springs area with attractive room rates, 50% off breakfast for our registered guests and a wonderful Happy Hour in our Lobby Bar daily.

Let me apologize for our complete breakdown in service during your recent visit to Hotel Zoso.

It is very disconcerting to hear that one of of our valued guests has had a poor experience and frankly, we are embarrassed.

I greatly appreciate you bringing these problems to my attention. You have my promise that I will be meeting with our team to determine the origin of the problems and institute corrective action immediately.

Over the summer we had installed many upgrades to our wi-fi and there has been a demonstrable improvement in the service but it appears that there are areas of the property that do not receive the proper signal. We will identify the areas which are weak and proceed to make the proper enhancements.

With regard to your room service, there is no excuse. We simply did not respond in an acceptable manner and we are very sorry.

I know, based on your experience, we do not deserve your future business but I hope you will give us another chance.

I assure you that your next visit will be markedly improved.
