The hotel underwent a complete renovated in 2009, however the hotel does conduct
regular property reviews and upgrades specific areas as needed.

Yes, the hotel has an excellent location. The room you were staying in was a 2 story loft suite.

The living room and bathroom are both located downstairs. This roomtype is very popular with the entertainment industry and families with children. The kids can sleep downstairs in the pullout sofa bed and the parents can sleep upstairs in the King bed. Both rooms have 42" HDTV's so each room can watch different programs/movies.

People who prefer not to have the stairs usually select our parlor suite. It has 2 rooms connecting rooms on the same level. This makes it a little easier to navigate around the room.

Regarding the noise issue, the hotel has full-time security, so if you experience a problem, you can contact the front desk to have security resolve the issue.

The hotel is convenient to several retail outlets including: Traders Joes, Starbucks, Kitchen 24,
CVS, Koo Koo Roo's, Coffee Bean, and IHOP.

The hotel is currently reviewing the lighting scheme in some guest rooms due to comments
from our customers. The bathroom is a typical size with the standard amenities you would expect.

Our WiFI bandwidth has recently been upgraded and our guest seem to appreciate the faster response time.

The hotel is only a few mintues away from several major attractions. Most of the hotels in Los Angeles do require a taxi, shuttle or car to reach manny of the major attractions.

I apologize for the delay in checking in. Our check-in time is 3:00pm and often due to our high occupancy, rooms aren't available to later in the afternoon. On that particular day, our ISP had an outage in Los Angeles which affected our Property Management System which caused further delay to our customers.

I'm not in agreement with your comment regarding uniforms. The hotel has a standard for both men (slacks, shirt & tie) and women (blazer / slacks / blouse).
