We are very sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us and that we fell short of your expectations. We are currently under-going an extensive renovation that includes the addition of 155 guestrooms, meeting space, enhanced beach club and pool area, as well as adjusting the ease of navigation throughout the resort slated to be complete in Spring 2013. Our rates are continually comparable to other hotels in the area and it is our mission everyday to go above and beyond our guests expectations. We hope you will consider visiting us again in the future, possibly when our renovation is complete. Thank you for your review.

Thank you for your review of our resort. Our beaches are a tad different than the Florida east coast, however, no less beautiful, and perfect for shell enthusiasts. We are sorry to hear that your meal at our hotel restaurant - Ocean Grill - was less than satisfactory. I have forwarded your comments to our Director of F&B, as well as your concern over Falcon's Nest. And yes, we do our best to inform guests that a 20% gratuity is automatically added to all services. Overall we are very happy to hear you found our accommodations to be satisfactory. We hope you will consider visiting us again.

Thank you for your excellent review of our property. It's wonderful to hear that you have stayed with us several times and continue to enjoy yourself. One thing that keeps guests coming back is our wide array of activities and amenities! The hotel pool is currently closed for renovation, upon re-opening the poolscape will be much larger and will host 600 lounge chairs. We are also adding 155 guestrooms and suites, a parking garage, improving walkways, enhancing our dining options and building additional meeting space. We hope to see you again when it is complete!

Thank you for your excellent review of our property and your experience with us during our Re-Imagination. It is true - we are an expansive resort with 1,350 acres with an multitude of amenities and activities for all ages, even during our renovations. Our hotel pool is closed until spring 2013. During that time guests have access to the Dunes Club pool (which is heated) and our 20 yd indoor lap pool at the Health & Fitness Center. We also have bike rentals and island hoppers through Amelia's Wheels to help guests navigate and explore our grounds. We're sorry you did not enjoy the coffee served in the Sunrise Cafe. We serve Starbucks in all of our dining venues and offer and array of freshly brewed Peet's coffee beverages at Marche Burette. Our spa team will be thrilled to hear how much you enjoyed your time there. We hope you will return for another wonderful vacation!
